RVAT Group provides football training services for defensive backs, including but not limited to: one-on-one training, group sessions, camps, skill assessments, film review, and merchandise sales. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Booking and Payment

All training sessions and camps require payment at the time of booking. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Confirmed bookings are subject to our cancellation policy as outlined on our Policies page.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are detailed on our Policies page. By booking a service, you agree to these policies. RVAT Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in football training activities involves inherent risks of injury. By using our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to the liability waiver required before participation.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. RVAT Group reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our training materials, including logos, text, images, videos, and drills, is the property of RVAT Group and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Media Release

Photos and videos taken during training sessions or camps may be used for promotional purposes unless you specifically opt out. You may opt out by notifying us in writing before your session.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RVAT Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
